Totally agree on most points. Our goal at YellowBot has been to do precisely the things on that list…but we aren’t building our own salesforce just yet, opting to leverage strategic partnerships instead.
So I’d rewrite number 8 as “Leverage *a* sales force and *an* advertiser base” 🙂
